Terms & Conditions

Ingenuity Tech Support & Consulting provides a variety of technical support services, including device setup, troubleshooting, smart home integration, and small business consulting. Our services are available in-home, remotely, or at your business location. Please note that while we strive to resolve all technical issues, we cannot guarantee solutions for problems caused by hardware limitations, manufacturer defects, or issues beyond our control.

Ingenuity Tech Support & Consulting does not provide, repair, or sell any hardware. If, during the course of troubleshooting, we determine that the issue is related to faulty hardware or beyond the scope of technical support (e.g., manufacturing defects, severe hardware malfunctions), we will recommend that you contact the device manufacturer or authorized service provider for further assistance. We are not responsible for the repair, replacement, or return of any hardware.

All fees for services are as advertised on our website or quoted during the service booking process. Payments are due upon the completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments via cash, credit cards, Apple Pay, Klarna, and Afterpay and reserve the right to charge a late fee for overdue payments.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will notify you as soon as possible.

We offer a 30-day workmanship warranty for most services. If issues arise as a result of our work within this period, we will attempt to resolve them at no additional cost. However, we are not responsible for issues caused by external factors, such as third-party software, hardware failures, or improper use after the service is completed. Ingenuity Tech Support & Consulting is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including data loss, unless caused by gross negligence.

Customers are responsible for ensuring access to devices and systems, providing a safe working environment, and backing up data before services are performed. While we will try our best to make your devices behave, we cannot guarantee that your printer won’t inexplicably refuse to cooperate—that’s between you and your printer’s mysterious personality. We highly recommend that customers back up important data prior to service appointments, as we are not responsible for data loss.

When providing remote support, Ingenuity Tech Support & Consulting uses secure communication channels to ensure the safety of your data. However, by agreeing to remote services, you understand and accept the inherent risks associated with remote access, including potential security vulnerabilities.
